What: Join us for a Logan Mill extravaganza! This month’s collective ride will be gravel-focused hitting the hills west of Boulder.
Depending on group size, we will all roll out together and head toward Sunshine Canyon to regroup at the base. Heading up Sunshine, we will take Poorman to connect over to Fourmile Canyon and meet up again over at the base of Logan Mill road. The Logan Mill climb has a few different twists and turns, but make sure to download the GPS route and have a buddy or two to climb with. We will have a regroup spot at the top of the climb. The main route takes us on the “high route” which consists of single track and some more technical dirt before connecting back over to Sugarloaf road where we will descend down the canyon and hop onto Chapman Road to climb up and head down Flagstaff and roll back to Full Cycle.
Not feeling the single track at the top of Logan Mill? Dont worry, we have this route here that bypasses that?
On a time crunch and need to skip over Chapman? We got you. Download this route here which takes you down the creek path back to Full Cycle

In general our "Advanced" rides typically come with the expectation that participants are comfortable riding in a pack with others, practice good group etiquette, and that they know the route (in case they can't hang on to the pace for the entire ride). "Advanced" rides are generally appropriate for experienced riders that are looking for a workout, are ok being dropped, and can average 18-20mph+ in a road group and 15-17mph+ in a gravel group.
If you're not comfortable riding in a large pack, or are not sure what pace\effort is appropriate, the "Intermediate" option may a good starting option. Our "Intermediate" rides are very inclusive, and are almost always no-drop or will include a sweep. This group is intended to allow almost everyone to participate and have help (if desired) along the way. This is a great option for those that want to grow, have lots of questions, are looking to focus on gaining confidence, and can average 15-17mph in a road group and 13-15mph in a gravel group.
Our beginner ride is paced for those who are new to group riding or riding in general. This ride is 100% no-drop and is a great place to learn the basics of group riding and skills needed to gain strength and confidence. No prior experience is needed on this ride. All bikes are welcome but we if you bring a TT bike to any of our rides you are not allowed to ride in the aero position out of safety for the other riders.
One ride is not better than the other. We simply have different expectations depending on what group a rider wants to join. Each group offers different levels of input and growth depending on what a rider is looking for. Stay tuned to our website, and your inbox, for regular updates, tips and insight.
