Ride or Die Collective was founded by a desire to create a platform for women to reach their highest goals in a safe and supportive environment. What once was a group ride of 4 friends in a matching kit turned into 100+ baddies across the front range and beyond.
When founder, Rebecca Brough decided to launch on International Women’s Day 2021 with a mask-required group ride, in no way did she think 70+ women would join. It was a bit overwhelming, a little scary but completely eye-opening to the need for WTFN-B protected spaces. From that day on her life’s mission was to change the status quo of what it meant to be a WTFN-B athlete.
Fast forward to 2026, RDC is certified 501c3 led by Taylor Brower and Rebecca Brough, and over 100+ amazing members.

Our Structure
We're a collective of WTFN-B cyclists looking for like-minded people to ride and connect with. We don't care how fast you go — we care that you want to be part of the raddest group of women in sport.
Want to go fast? Cool. We've got girlies who race, ride hard, and could use a good humbling from you now and then.
Want to chill and ride when your schedule allows? Also cool. Plenty of our members juggle busy lives and find their outlet on weekends, before work, or whenever they get a minute to themselves.
Want to learn about racing? Cool! We host training rides once a month to get you race-ready.
Want to find the best mid-ride café stop? Great — we've got seasoned ride leaders who know exactly where to take you.
If you're curious about joining a welcoming group of WTFN-B riders, we want you to apply. There's a modest registration fee to keep the wheels turning, but a high standard of what it means to treat people with respect and wear this jersey with PRIDE.
