We have been looking forward to this for a while at RDC! We are going live with elite cyclists, @lifeoflesliee and @hannahgshell to discuss how they manage their full-time jobs while putting in the hours to maintain their elite status. We at RDC were lucky enough to catch up with these two earlier in the month for a meet and greet. What and we learned was...there are no shortcuts. While no two athletes are the same, both journeys have been about structure and wanting something really, really bad.
